Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange confirmation within 5-7 business days.
